COMPLAINTS

In order to file a complaint, follow the steps below:

Fill out and submit the complaint form or any other unambiguous statement.

The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, the date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

According to the law in force, you have 14 days for return of goods.
To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete an unambiguous statement by email [email protected] and attach such a statement to the returned product / products and send to: marthu.com, ul.Biezanowska 77/4 30-826 Krakow Poland

- For the package with the statement and returned product / products, please also include all accessories received with it and a receipt or invoice.

- The declaration should contain the name and surname, order number, date of purchase, data for the transfer, and the number / name of the returned product.

- Inquiries and complaints can be directed to [email protected] or by calling +48 728 254 916 (payment according to the price list of the respective operator).

- The store guarantees a refund equal to the price of the product.
